By accessing or using Am I Cooked? (amicookedgrades.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Not Official Academic Advice

This tool is provided for informational and educational purposes only. While we use standard mathematical formulas and strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that the grade projected by our tool will exactly match your final official transcript. Teachers may apply curves, discretionary points, extra credit, or complex dropping rules that our software cannot predict or account for.

You should always consult your teacher, guidance counselor, or official school portal (such as StudentVue) for definitive grade standing. Do not make academic decisions based solely on the output of this calculator.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Am I Cooked? responsibly and lawfully. Specifically, you agree to:

• Only use your own credentials when logging into StudentVue through our tool
• Not attempt to access another student's grades or academic records
• Not use automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools against the site
• Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the site's infrastructure or services
• Not use the site for any purpose that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law

3. Third-Party Integrations

Our StudentVue import feature is an unofficial, community-built tool that interfaces with your school district's Edupoint Synergy portal on your behalf to fetch your own grade data. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Edupoint Educational Systems, StudentVue, Synergy, or any specific school district.

The availability and accuracy of the StudentVue import depends entirely on your district's server configuration. We cannot guarantee compatibility with all districts, and district-side changes may affect functionality without notice.

4. Intellectual Property

The site design, original source code, calculation methodology, educational content, and branding are the property of Am I Cooked? and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute the site's source code or educational content without written permission
• Create derivative works based on the site's design or functionality for commercial purposes
• Use the Am I Cooked? name, logo, or branding in a way that implies endorsement or affiliation

Personal, non-commercial use of the calculator and its results (including sharing your verdict) is expressly permitted and encouraged.

5. Limitation of Liability

Am I Cooked? is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Under no circumstances shall Am I Cooked?, its creator, contributors, or hosting providers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the site
• Any inaccuracy in grade calculations or projections
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any interruption or cessation of the service
• Any academic decisions made based on the site's output

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Am I Cooked? and its creator from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the site, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the site at any time, for any reason, without notice. This includes the right to block specific IP addresses, districts, or usage patterns that we determine to be abusive or harmful to the service.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the jurisdiction in which the site's operator resides.
